[Applications and merits]
All the products made by the advanced Japan-imported technology and production lines are widely used for wiring of electrical and electronic equipment and are characterized by compact structure (light, thin, small, short), complete varieties and specifications and top safety and insulation performances. Their quality and quality system are all certified by UL (USA), CSA (Canada), F-mark and T mark (Japan), and ISO.

[Structure]
1. The conductors are USA Wire Gauge 14-30AWG tinned soft copper wire or electrical soft copper wire of a section area of 0.3mm2 ~2.0mm2 in three types: (1) stranded conductor, (2) solid conductor, and (3) OS-1 (TCW) conductor.
2. The insulating materials are the top quality Japan-imported PVC insulating compounds (flexible, semi-rigid and rigid type).
3. In order to improve anti-interference and anti-noise power, a shield layer adopts spiral or woven tinned soft copper wires (j above 0.1mm).
4. The sheath is made of the Japan-imported heat-resistant sheath compounds.
5. The final products shall have one of 4 structures:
(1) Single core heat-resistant PVC insulated wire;
(2) KFTC, KSCH, 8-64 cores flat ribbon cable;
(3) 1-3 cores heat-resistant PVC spiral shield cable;
(4) Insulated multi-core stranded single wire, shield (or no-shield), sheath cable.
