On the morning of 29th September, Mary Jack, CEO of American
Ross-Made chamber of commerce, and her colleagues, visited Hangzhou
Futong Group and held a talk with Pan Yeqing, CFO of Futong Group.
Ross-Made Chamber of Commerce is a renowned trade group in USA.
Madam Mary Jack paid a return visit to Futong for the purpose
of further knowing the optical fiber producer.
Pan Yeqing extended warm welcome to Mary Jack and was pleased
to meet her again within a month. Pan briefed the visitors on
Futong's genesis, company's general situation, IPO and sales.
Madam Mary Jack expressed admiration for President Wang Jianyi
who started Futong with tens of thousands yuan and developed it
into a leading cable producer in China. She said that her commerce
chamber has a complete network which can promote Futong to American
companies. She went on to comment that she felt the Yinhu Facility
which she had just visited was an excellent facility and such
a facility could be a first class production facility even in
the United States. She was satisfied that the facility achieved
international quality certification. She said that Ross-Made Chamber
of Commerce was willing to partner with Futong in building a bridge
between Futong and American enterprises. She commented that preemptive
efforts to enter American market would put Futong in a very good
position after China's ascendance into WTO.
On behalf of Futong Group, Pan Yeqing expressed gratitude to
Madam Mary Jack for her concern and support. The two parties exchanged
views on IPO and employee training. After the talk, Pan Yeqing
showed Madam Mary Jack around in the product showroom.
